Logistics & Shipping

Our logistics process is designed for reliability and transparency. From order confirmation to delivery, we manage documentation, packaging, and transport coordination to ensure your firewood arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Incoterms Explained

We offer flexible incoterms to suit your logistics preferences and cost structure. The incoterm determines where responsibility transfers and which party arranges and pays for transport and insurance.

EXW (Ex Works)

Your responsibility starts at our facility. You arrange and pay for all transport, insurance, and customs clearance. This option gives you maximum control over logistics and may offer cost savings if you have established transport arrangements.

Best for: Buyers with existing logistics partners or those who prefer to manage transport directly.

FCA (Free Carrier)

We deliver to your nominated carrier at a specified location. We handle export clearance and delivery to the carrier. You arrange and pay for main transport and import clearance.

Best for: Buyers who want us to handle export documentation but prefer to manage main transport themselves.

DAP (Delivered At Place)

We deliver to your specified destination. We arrange and pay for transport (excluding import duties and taxes). You handle import clearance and pay applicable duties. This option provides maximum convenience.

Best for: Buyers who want a single point of contact for transport and prefer to handle import clearance themselves.

Packaging & Handling

All products are packaged to protect quality during transport and facilitate efficient handling at destination.

Palletised Loads

Standard pallet size: 1.2m³ per pallet. Pallets are secured with strapping and shrink wrap. This format is optimised for forklift handling and efficient truck loading.

Crates & Bags

Wooden crates and net bags are stacked and secured on pallets. Packaging is designed to withstand transport conditions while maintaining product quality.

Loading & Securing

Products are loaded using appropriate equipment to prevent damage. Loads are secured according to transport regulations. We provide loading documentation and photos upon request.
